Your Studio Atmosphere when You Work

Your studio atmosphere when you work?

Not all of us are able to have their own studio to work in. And I have dealt with this for many years. Knowing that I have to pack up my work at meals times (as my work was usually on the dinning table).

If you can find a room with little distractions the better. Whether you are working in your own studio, or a make shift studio. I like to keep it clean, well as clean as possible...... I find that organisation helps to have an organised mind.

Working alone without any distractions is the best thing you can do, as you are then free to give your 100% attention to your art work.

One thing I find very helpful is the playing of music in the background, and I'm not just talking about any music.

You need music of a certain kind to bring out the best state of mind when doing your work. And what I have discovered over the years, is playing new age music.

Not only is it soothing and tapping deeper into your emotions. It helps you glide freely through your sessions and helps those creative juices.
