I have been an artist all my life and a professional artist for at least 25 years or more, I really have lost count now....

I am what you would call an all round artist, working in many different mediums, though my art does really keep to the more traditional art, you will find that I may tend to stray a little in a bit of modern art as well, now I did say only a little...

websites that will give me inspiration and insight into other artists worlds. Yet when I type in the sort of art site I would like to find, its like a desert out there! I just cant seem to find a site that offers what I a looking for. And I don't want to go back and forth to any amount of different sites to look at. I want a comfortable site where I can stay, relax learn and be inspired......

So with allot of searching with little success, I decided if I cant find what I'm looking for. I might as well go ahead and do one myself. I love art, its part of my life, and if I cant find a site that I can stay on and be content, I'm sure there are allot of other people, and artist who feel the same.

So... here I am, and this site was created.

Now,  it would be just too ambitious to cover all aspects of the visual art, so I decided to concentrate on animals mainly.

 Not just any animals.... I will be teaching you all aspects of the Horse, Cat, Dog, and our exotic Big Cat.

I will teach you how to draw, paint and sculpt in mainly traditional style.

 If you are an art collector or you are an art lover, this site is going to take you into the artists world  to better understand them. These animals that I am focusing on in this site, are some of the most painted, sculpted and sketched pets of our society.

Passing on my knowledge of art  is going to be the main part of this site. Yet I also want to educate you in the ways of how art has evolved and grown.

And I am going to teach you how to tap into your thoughts and your own imagination to get the best out of your work as an artist or a budding artist.

I am also going to give you a glimpse into these pets history and in-depth study of our four main subjects in order to know them better. You may wonder why? it is better to know your subjects in order to portray them in your art. An artist must know their subjects form, their character, and their history.

This understanding prepares you to better portray these animals the best you can. As every person is different, so is their outlook on their own art. If a group of artists were to paint, draw or sculpt one subject in a room, you will see that every piece of art will be different.

In the artists minds eye!  we are all individuals.

From professional and amateur alike, you never stop learning when it comes to art. And anyone who say different, has not learn't the most important fundamental thing in art, "you never stop learning".

I am going to teach you how to create art of the cat, dog, horse and the exotic big cat. Tips and techniques that will make you a better artist.

I want to teach you:

• Excel your work.

It is the psychology of the artist, which will in turn makes you become a better artist.

Developing different ways to stretch your imagination, as I know very well from personal experience, can be a big problem for artists. And sort out your priorities and learn what different themes of your subjects are best suited in different mediums of art.
